Sign-up reward

• New members receive one welcome coupon per email address, issued once.
• The coupon is sent by email immediately after registration.
• The offer, validity period and participating restaurants are shown on the coupon itself.

Campaign coupons

• Each campaign states its own offer, start date, end date and issuing limit.
• Coupon quantities may be limited. Once a campaign's limit is reached, no further coupons are issued.
• Campaigns may be restricted to specific restaurants.

Redemption

• Show the QR code on your phone at the counter or drive-thru; our team scans it once.
• The system records the redemption instantly. A coupon cannot be redeemed twice, at any location.
• No cash alternative, no change given, and no rain checks if an item is unavailable.

Liability

KFC Aruba is not responsible for coupons that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect email address, a full mailbox, or spam filtering, nor for phones that cannot display the QR code at the counter.
