What we care about
Two things decide what a KFC meal is like: the food, and the people in the kitchen making it.
The food

The people
KFC calls its people and its culture the heart and soul of the brand, and asks three things of them: bring your energy, spirit and spice to work every day; make a difference, from putting a smile on somebody's face to what you do in your own community; and have fun doing it.
What is not on this page
