Rewards Privacy Policy
This policy explains how KFC Aruba Restaurants VBA, Caya Ernesto Petronia 62, Aruba (info@kfc.aw, +297 280 1110) handles the personal data you share when you join KFC Aruba Rewards. It applies to the rewards sign-up, coupon delivery and coupon redemption only. Our general website privacy policy also applies.

What we collect
- First name, last name, email address and mobile number
- Birthday and preferred restaurant, if you choose to share them
- Your marketing and privacy consent choices, with date and time
- Coupon activity: when a coupon was issued, opened and redeemed, and at which restaurant
- Technical data such as IP address and sign-up source, used for fraud prevention
Why we use it
- To issue and deliver your single-use reward coupon by email
- To verify a coupon at the counter and prevent duplicate redemption
- To send you offers and news, only if you gave marketing consent
- To measure campaign performance in aggregate
Who can see it
Access is restricted to authorised KFC Aruba staff. Restaurant team members only see the information needed to validate a coupon at the counter. Our email delivery provider processes your email address on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Customer records are kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after your last interaction. Redemption records are kept for accounting and audit purposes.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in every email or the unsubscribe page. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at info@kfc.aw. Deleting your data does not reverse coupons already redeemed. Data protection questions can be sent to legal@kfc.aw.
